Earlier this year, Mayer Hawthorne and Jake One teamed up as Tuxedo once again for their third collaborative album. Featuring collaborations from the likes of Leven Kali, Gavin Turek, MF DOOM, Dâm-Funk, Parisalexa, and Benny Sings, Tuxedo III saw the pair build on their chemistry by experimenting with elements of G-funk. The smooth release is now getting an extra push with a video that finds the duo recreating some classic album covers in motion.

"'Toast 2 Us' is the first slow jam we’ve released as a single so we wanted to do something different for the visual," Tuxedo explained to Complex. "Re-enacting a bunch of classic album covers seemed like a good idea." They added that Benny Sings, who features on the track, shot his appearance in the video while he was all the way over in Amsterdam. "Benny Sings shot his scene in a Super 8 equivalent pool in Amsterdam."

Directed and edited by Ross Harris, the visual features album cover recreations of Outkast's Stankonia, Pink Floyd's Wish You Were Here, and Public Enemy's It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back, among others. Check out the video for "Toast 2 Us" above and stream Tuxedo III below.
