Tink dropped her first independently released studio album, Hopeless Romantic, back in February, and now she's given one of its many highlights a new video.
The slickly-directed visual for "I Ain't Got Time Today" sees Tink bring an end to a relationship, using her intuition to come to terms with the fact she's drifted apart from her romantic partner.
"This video is a visual representation of how easy it is to grow apart from someone you love especially when they can’t get right," Tink told Complex of the new video. "A woman’s intuition is real, we can always tell when something isn’t right. Whether you like it or not, there comes a time when you have to choose yourself and leave that person you love behind."
Prior to the release of Hopeless Romantic, Tink was involved in a deal with Timbaland's Mosley Music Group. Her career stalled somewhat as a result of the contract, but she was able to get out of the deal in 2018 and subsequently released the EP Pain & Pleasure. She followed up the project last year with her Voicemails mixtape, before focusing on her studio album Hopeless Romantic.
