Theophilus London Found 'Safe and Well' After Being Reported Missing (UPDATE)

35-year-old rapper and singer Theophilus London was reported missing by his family, who filed a report with the Los Angeles Police Department.

UPDATED ¼, 11:35 p.m. ET:Theophilus London has been found and is, per a family member, “safe and well.”

London’s cousin Mikhail Noel, who was previously listed as a person to contact with any available information, wrote on Instagram Wednesday night, “Truly appreciate everyone’s support in finding my cousin. It’s refreshing and rewarding to have such a strong support system of family and friends!!! God bless each and everyone of you all.”

The photo Noel posted of the 35-year-old featured text reading, “We have found Theo, he is safe and well, at this time the family would love prayers and privacy. Thank you all!!!”

Meanwhile, Theophilus’ father Larry London told NBCLA, “Theo is in Los Angeles and heading to family in New York for a grandmother’s funeral and after that we want him to go to Trinidad to recuperate and to regenerate and get himself together,” Larry London said. “He’s been through an ordeal. His mind is fragile. He needs to get back to writing his music.” 

The outlet writes that the artist was “found walking in West Los Angeles by friends who were looking for him.”

35-year-old rapper and singer Theophilus London has been reported missing by his family.

In a statement shared by a representative for the musician, who has collaborated with everyone from Big Boi to the artist formerly known as Kanye West, his family said they haven’t seen him since July 2022. He hasn’t shared anything on social media since then, either.

“Over the last few weeks, friends and family of Theophilus London have been working together to piece together his whereabouts. The last time someone spoke with him reportedly stretches back to July 2022 in Los Angeles,” the statement reads. “On December 27th, family members of Theophilus London traveled to Los Angeles to file a missing persons report with the LAPD. They are now seeking the public’s help with any information as to London’s whereabouts.” 

The statement also includes a quote from his father, Lary Moses London. “Theo, your Dad loves you, son. We miss you,” said his father. “And all your friends and relatives are searching for you. Wherever you are send us some signal. No matter what we will come get you son.”

His family have urged anyone with information about his whereabouts to get in contact with the Los Angeles Police Department, or to reach out to his cousin Mikhail Noel on his Instagram account here.
