R. Kelly has been ordered to pay $300,668 to one of his alleged sex abuse victims to cover the cost of her herpes and psychological treatments.

As TMZ reported, a victim identified only as Jane will receive over $300K to cover treatment for herpes she alleged that he gave her, and the mental health care she has sought out as a result of the abuse she faced. The order hasn’t been finalized yet, but the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York confirmed to Complex that Judge Ann Donnelly ruled Kelly must pay Jane and another victim identified as Stephanie.

According to the Attorney’s Office, Stephanie will be paid an undisclosed amount for her herpes treatment and psychological treatments. The cost of her herpes medication hasn’t been confirmed yet. Restitution was denied to a victim identified as Sonja.

These victims are connected to Kelly’s trial in New York, where he was found guilty on nine counts including racketeering, transporting individuals across state lines for illegal sexual activity, coercion and enticement, and the transportation of a minor. Following the conclusion of the trial, he was sentenced to 30 years behind bars.

R. Kelly was also recently found guilty on three of 13 charges in his child pornography case in the Northern District of Illinois. He has yet to be sentenced, but is facing a similar amount of prison time following the verdict. It’s possible he could be forced to pay restitution in that case, too, although a recent request from Donnelly indicated Kelly is currently strapped for cash.
