It Looks Like Drake Is Filming the "In My Feelings" Video in New Orleans

The 'Scorpion' song has proved to be a hit among fans with a dance craze already kicking off, and Drake and "God's Plan" director Karena Evans are reportedly collaborating again for the video.

It's not been long since Drake dropped Scorpion, but he's already found the next single to push as the song of the summer. Thanks to the viral dance challenge surrounding album highlight "In My Feelings," it appears Drizzy has already started filming a video.

As pointed out by Spotify's Carl Chery on Twitter, director Karen Evans was in New Orleans shooting a new video.

For those unfamiliar with Evans' previous work, she has been behind the camera for all three of the videos for Drake's Scorpion singles, "God's Plan," "Nice For What," and "I'm Upset."

With "In My Feelings" featuring a sample of the late New Orleans bounce artist Magnolia Shorty's track "Smoking Gun," it makes sense the video is being shot in New Orleans, even if Drake was just seen performing at Wireless Festival in London.

The song also features uncredited vocals from Miami rap duo City Girls. With member Jatavia "JT" Johnson currently serving a jail sentence for fraud charges, it seems Karena and Drizzy have seen fit to give JT a prominent shout-out in the video. As posted on City Girls' Instagram story, numerous dancers will be sporting "Free JT" shirts.
