The Game Says He Will Have to Serve Jail Time For That Basketball Brawl

Game was arrested after punching an off-duty cop in the head during a basketball game back in March. The cop ended up filing a lawsuit saying that he suffered brain damage after the hit, and while everything was caught on camera, it seems like the D.A. is more interested in the criminal threat he made. He allegedly told the off-duty officer, "I'm going to kill you."

The rapper recently sat down with Sway to talk about his upcoming Documentary 2 album but first touched on his current legal situation. While he regrets putting hands on the cop, he says he thinks he'll probably have to serve time over it. "Probably like three years, it's a little more serious... We're gonna go in there with a good team of lawyers and we're gonna do what we can," he told Sway. We'll update as the situation plays out.
