Earlier this summer, Australian producer Dom Dolla scored a massive hit with "Eat Your Man," a pseudo-sequel to Nelly Furtado and Timbaland's "Maneater" starring the Canadian icon herself.
Dolla got the opportunity to perform in Canada this summer at Veld in Toronto and Osheaga in Montreal, and even got the chance to share the stage with Furtado, who's in the midst of a major career comeback that includes new music with Timbaland and Justin Timberlake.
At this year's Osheaga Festival in Montreal, Complex Canada sat down with Dom Dolla to discuss the Furtado collab, her lasting impact in his native Australia, the existence of aliens, and why he always wears black on stage.
