T-Pain recently revealed an unfortunate studio session he had with Travis Scott, and fans immediately jumped to defend him against what they perceived as disrespectful behavior from the "Sicko Mode" rapper. During a Twitch stream, T-Pain talked about how La Flame failed to turn up to their planned sessions multiple times, and when he did finally show up he (and his team) allegedly fell asleep.

Due to all the fan reaction about the situation, T-Pain has decided to clarify that there's no bad blood.

"Come on y'all," he tweeted. "It ain't that serious. Shit happens all the time. Me and @trvisXX cool."

Come on y’all. It ain’t that serious 😂 shit happens all the time. Me and @trvisXX cool.

Of course, that hasn't stopped fans from standing up for T-Pain, who many have said doesn't get the respect he deserves.

Speaking about the situation during his Twitch stream last week, he noted that Travis had him order speakers for their planned session. "I had to order those speakers, and I gotta pay a daily rate on them speakers, and it's like $540 a day a piece for each speaker," T-Pain explained.

Despite the speakers, multiple planned studio sessions fell through and T-Pain didn't hear much from Travis or his team. When Travis did eventually turn up to a session, he and his team fell asleep in the studio as T-Pain was putting together some beats. "I started going in about how I do production. The whole time I’m looking at my computer. ... Then I turned around. Everybody in the room [was] fucking asleep. Knocked the fuck out," he said.

There’s no way travis Scott did t-pain this dirty lmao https://t.co/JHuj494VfK

1.) T-Pain sounds like @kenanthompson & @KevinHart4real telling this story 😂❤️

2.) The fact that Travis Scott had this man PAY A DAILY RATE FOR SPECIFIC SPEAKERS JUST TO GHOST HIM FOR DAYS is what it is for me. How trifling & disrespectful. pic.twitter.com/dfeVd0tGHR

T-Pain originated & mastered the whole auto tune sound outside of Zapp & Roger. There is no Travis Scott without him. Hell it wouldn’t be a lot of artist without T-Pain

How is Travis gonna ghost T-pain? There wouldn't be a Travis Scott without T-pain lol https://t.co/hJM5YZxuWM

I don’t like how new artists are playing with T-Pain like that. Like he didn’t have 2006-2009 on lock, like he wasn’t responsible for THE cultural reset of rhyming mansion with Wiscansin. Put some respect on his name now

I just found out rappers are being mean to T-Pain and it’s not sitting right with me pic.twitter.com/Pmj8HeqXDl

The T-Pain stuff is real sheep mentality, man. Jay-Z made ONE song about autotune and a bunch of industry dweebs thought they were too cool for T-Pain, who easily has more hits than most any of the people disrespecting him

T-Pain’s tiny desk performance is still one of my favorites. No disrespect towards him will be tolerated over here https://t.co/3s1BVGPeue
