Run the Jewels has shared the details for their highly-anticipated new album Run the Jewels 4.

The forthcoming release includes 11 songs with features from Pharrell Williams, Mavis Staples, 2 Chainz, DJ Premier, and more. It was mostly recorded at Rick Rubin’s Shangri-La Studios and the legendary Electric Lady Studios in New York City.

Prior to the record’s release, RTJ offered two singles: “Yankee and the Brave (Ep. 4),” which the duo debuted during a recent Instagram Live session, and “Ooh La La,” featuring Premier and Greg Nice, which first appeared in the season finale of the Netflix show Ozark. RTJ later released a visual for “Ooh La La” in April, which was directed by Brian and Vanessa Beletic.

"We shot this video only a few weeks before the pandemic hit with no clue as to what the future held," RTJ said in a statement about the music video. "The fact that we got the chance to do it is damn near miraculous in hindsight. In conceptualizing the video with our friends Brian and Vanessa Beletic, we imagined the world on the day that the age-old struggle of class was finally over. A day that humanity, empathy, and community were victorious over the forces that would separate us based on arbitrary systems created by man."
