J. Balvin has released the music video for his Colores album cut “Verde.”
In the Colin Tilley-directed visual, we see Balvin get shrunk down into a miniature person, reminiscent of the 1989 film Honey, I Shrunk The Kids. This is the fifth Colores video with Tilley at the helm. The others include “Rojo,” “Amarillo,” “Gris,” “Morado,” and “Blanco.”
Colores arrived in mid-March, which featured cover art created by Takashi Murakami.
“Verde” arrives after Balvin appeared on Diddy’s Dance-A-Thon via Instagram Live, which supported healthcare workers. Balvin also became the first-ever Reggaeton troll, Tresillo, in the Trolls World Tour movie, which premiered April 10 through video on demand.
On Saturday, he will participate in One World: Together At Home special, which is described on Global Citizen's website as a "global broadcast & digital special to support frontline healthcare workers and the WHO."
