G Herbo has been sentenced to 12 months of probation after pleading guilty to misdemeanor battery against his son's mother, Ariana Fletcher, TMZ reports

The Fulton County Solicitor's Office says Herbo entered the plea on Monday. Along with his 12 months of probation, the rapper must complete 150 hours of community service as well as attend a 24-week family violence intervention program. His lawyer, Tanya Miller, told TMZ that he's "eager [to] put this incident behind him and to move on with his life and his work—both in the studio and in the community."

"It is Herbert’s sincere desire to maintain harmony going forward while continuing to take care of his responsibilities to his family and to everyone else who depends on him," Miller explained.

In April, Herbo was arrested in Atlanta on accusations that he assaulted Fletcher during an argument. Fletcher claims that Herbo dragged her by her hair and scratched her arm. This left him looking at up to a year in jail. Following the incident, Herb took to social media where he stated that he was only at the residence to retrieve over $300,000 in jewelry that Fletcher stole from him.

"Don't try to make it about anything else but this," the rapper said via Instagram Live. "You still got $300,000 worth of shit."
