Following the backlash, Boosie took to YouTube and found videos of the Kappas strolling. Boosie was seemingly impressed by what he saw, and playfully mimicked the moves on Instagram Live.

"I wanna give a shout out to all the Kappas, man. If I offended y'all in any kind of way, that's my bad," the rapper said in an Instagram video. "But I just found out y'all step to 'Wipe Me Down' ... I ain't gon' wear the shirt, but guess what y'all gotta do for me? Since y'all step to 'Wipe Me Down,' y'all gotta teach me how to do the Kappa [shimmy]."

Boosie Badazz has responded to the swath of commentary that recently burst forth as a result of a fraternity logo-emblazoned piece of clothing.

For context, below is a photo of Boosie indeed wearing a red Kappa Alpha Psi shirt at the Houston Rockets and Atlanta Hawks game. Circulation of the photo inspired  comments of disapproval from some, and jokes about Boosie being made an honorary Kappa Alpha Psi member of sorts from others:

Boosie later responded to the critical side of that debate, stating in a live IG video "I'll wear what the fuck I wanna wear." According toRevolt TV, he also addressed the comments in a since-removed IG post.

"I WAS N THE MALL LOOKING FOR RED N SAW THE SWEATER N IT WAS HARD," he said. "YES I KNEW IT WAS A KAPPA SWEATER. I THOUGHT I WOULD GET LOVE FROM WEARING IT NOT HATE. CALM YALL AS DOWN BRA I WAS JUST GETTING FRESH #leavemealone."

The comments in question largely went down on the original post showing the shirt and ranged from "Bro take my shit off lol" to "This is extremely offensive and disrespectful to my fraternity as a whole."

Last month, Boosie dropped off his new 17-track projectGoat Talk.
