The birthday wishes are pouring in for JAY-Z, who turned the big 5-0 on Wednesday.

Hip-hop figures have taken to social media to celebrate Hov's milestone, as well as salute his indelible contributions to the culture as well as his impressive list of accomplishments, like nabbing nearly two dozen Grammys, dropping 14 No. 1 projects, and selling more than 100 million records.

Drake shared a series of Instagram stories in which he was heard bumping JAY classics in his not-so-humble home.

"Hov in the house all day," he captioned a clip with "I Know" playing in the back. "Unprecedented."

There's no doubt that others have taken a cue from Drake by spending most of the day streaming Hov's entire discography, which returned to Spotify after nearly three years in honor of the icon's 50th birthday.

Other figures who paid tribute to JAY include Meek Mill, DJ Khaled, Yo Gotti, Diddy, and Timbaland. Even former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who was endorsed by JAY in the 2016 election, wished the hip-hop mogul a happy birthday, calling his story "as American a tale as they come."

An icon turns 50.

Jay-Z's story is as American a tale as they come—full of poetry, hard work, and pushing for progress on issues he cares about. (For more, I recommend @MichaelEDyson's definitive biography.)

Happy birthday, @S_C_!
