Tory Lanez has released the video for “Beauty in the Benz.” Featuring Snoop Dogg, the song remakes the legendary West Coast rapper’s 2003 hit single “Beautiful.”
Directed by child, the visual includes a full cast of women. Lanez tapped Alicia Keys for a cameo, where we see her share her thoughts on the true meaning of beauty in a roundtable setting with three other women. Throughout the video, we also see various shots of different black women who exhibit their different strengths: dancers, mothers, artists, athletes, and more.
“Beauty in the Benz” is from Lanez’s Chixtape 5, which arrived on Nov. 14, more than eight years after the initial Chixtape release, and about three years after Chixtape 4. Sitting at 18 tracks and including a handful of skits, Chixtape 5 is heavy with samples and features guest verses from Lil Wayne to T-Pain, Jagged Edge, Fabolous, Ashanti, and more.
