The Griselda crew is looking to close the year out strong as they plan to flood the market with some of that crack for our ears. Today, Westside Gunn drops off his first single from the latest Hitler Wears Hermes installment.
"Kool G" features his teammates Benny the Butcher and Conway the Machine with Alchemist and Griselda in-house producer Daringer collabing on the boards. "Kool G" is not only named after one of the pioneers of hardcore street rap, but it sounds like some shit G Rap would go crazy on. It's the sound that has defined Griselda's run these last couple years as they continue to run the East Coast underground scene alongside Roc Marciano and try to bring it to the mainstream.
Hitler Wears Hermes 7 is due on Halloween and features the likes of DJ Drama, Estee Nack, Fat Joe, Kool G Rap, Conway, Benny, Jay Worthy, Boldy James, Currensy, and Keisha Plum. And then we'll get a full Griselda group project What Would Chine Gun Do later this year on Nov. 29. Like I said, these guys got that puro on deck.
