Watch Megan Thee Stallion's NPR Tiny Desk Fest Performance (UPDATE)

Megan also recently appeared on 'Saturday Night Live.'

UPDATED 12/2/19 11:07 a.m.: The full performance is now available.

See original story below.

Megan Thee Stallion performed for NPR's Tiny Desk Fest with some help from Phony Ppl. She also spoke with NPR for about 20 minutes, revealing she has a new alter ego en route. "My next project I will be introducing a new lady,” she announced. “Her name is Suga. She's besties with Tina Snow."

Megan dropped her Fever mixtape back in May of 2019, with appearances from Juicy J and DaBaby. She added of the forthcoming album, "I felt like my mixtapes were me flirting with my fans. I never wanted to do an album 'cause I was like, 'Oh, that feel like marriage. That's a commitment.' But now, I'm ready to settle down with an album."

Also on the performance front, the Houston rapper appeared on last week's Saturday Night Live to perform "Handsome" with Chance the Rapper. The track is featured on Chance's debut studio album The Big Day.

Megan recently said she's in the process of writing a movie script. "It's for a horror film," she said in a video for Vogue's 24 Hours With... series. "Everyone knows I fuckin' love horror movies." She continued by saying Evil Dead might be her favorite. "I like movies that make you semi fall in love with the villain so you have sympathy for him. You’re not gonna want the villain to die, maybe he won’t die. ‘Cause I feel like every good story, you can’t just necessarily kill off the villain. That’s why the Batman never killed Joker. How the fuck would you have Batman with no Joker?"
