Danny Brown is back with a new studio album next month, and to whet appetites he's just shared the video for its first single "Dirty Laundry." Taken from his fifth full-length record uknowhatimsayin¿, the new track features some distinctively vintage production alongside the eccentric rapper's off-kilter delivery. The Simon Cahn-directed video, which stars Brown as a taxi driver, channels the dirty vibe of the song perfectly.

To coincide with the video and song, Brown has also detailed what fans can expect from the full album. Executive produced by Q-Tip of A Tribe Called Quest, the record features appearances from Run the Jewels, Obongjayar, JPEGMAFIA, and Blood Orange. There's also additional production from the likes of Paul White, Standing on the Corner, Flying Lotus, and JPEGMAFIA again.

"This is my version of a stand-up comedy album," Brown said. "Most of my close friends now aren’t rappers—they’re comedians and actors. So I wanted to create something that mixed humor with music. Something that was funny but not parody." Speaking of the experience of working with Q-Tip, he added, "There was no room for error. Q-Tip wanted me to go back to that 'Greatest Rapper Ever' Era. I almost had to relearn how to rap again."

His new album uknowhatimsayin¿ will be released Oct. 4 via Warp Records with a tour to follow the same month. Check out the tracklist and cover art for the project below, as well as his upcoming tour schedule.
