JAY-Z can add another milestone to his historic career.

According to Billboard, the rapper is now just the sixth artist to have 100 career solo appearances on Billboard's Hot 100 chart. "Mood 4 Eva," from The Lion King: The Gift album pushed the rapper over the edge after it debuted at no. 90 on the most recent Hot 100. Beyoncé and Oumou Sangare are also featured on the track.

Of JAY-Z's 100 top 100 finishes, the rapper hit no. 1 four times. Mariah Carey 1999's single "Heartbreaker" (two weeks), Beyoncé's 2003 track "Crazy in Love" (eight weeks), Rihanna's "Umbrella" in 2007 (seven weeks), and 2009's "Empire State of Mind" with Alicia Keys (five weeks) all hit the peak position. While this is a monumental moment for Hov, he has to (gladly) share it with his daughter. It just so happens that Blue Ivy earned her first Billboard entry this week, after "Brown Skin Girl" debuted at No. 76 on the Hot 100 Chart.

Of the five other acts to have amassed over 100 top 100 singles, three of them are rappers. Although the chart has only been in existence for 60 years, it's still 14 years older than hip-hop as a genre, which showcases just how far rap has come in a relatively short time. It also speaks to Young Money's dominance, since the other rappers to match JAY-Z's accomplishment are the label's triple threat. Drake is the most prolific with 196 chart appearances, Lil Wayne has 163, and Nicki Minaj has charted 103 times. The two other acts to have over 100 charting singles are the Glee Cast (207) and Elvis Pressly (103).
