Among the many masked men in UK drill today, few stand out for consistency quite like K-Trap who now outlines his superiority and takes aim at pretenders on "Mask Off".

The visual opens and ends with the words of Brixton rapper LD, and as possibly the most iconic masked face in the country right now, his cameo here can be read as an homage, a direct nod to the 67 rapper as exempt from the claims of fakery leveled at others. Over a rattling trap instrumental from Slay Productions, K-Trap bounces over the beat, with his punchy flow almost hypnotic as he flies into a sing-song hook and back again with ease.

When asked in an interview last year on how long he intends to stay masked up, K-Trap revealed the reveal may be coming sooner than we think: "I've been thinking about this for a long time, but I feel like when the time comes, it comes. It has to happen naturally."
