You've been humming the hook for months, and now the official music video for "My Town" is here!
Canadian rapper Baka Not Nice , who is currently signed to Drake's OVO Sound imprint, released his second EP, no long talk., back in March and was received to much praise. One of the short project's highlights, "My Town", featured a choppy, typically menacing verse from UK rap star Giggs, and the high-pitched vocal from Baka on the hook has made this one of 2019's more memorable drops.
"I feel like London is my second home," Baka tells us. "They've really embraced me, so I felt that it was right to do this song with my brother Giggs and shoot this video in his hometown." Directed by Myles Whittingham, aka Myles Per Hour, the crisply-shot visuals place both Baka and Giggs in an empty warehouse (with the homies) as they lace the twinkling trap production with ease.
