Schoolboy Q 'Crash Talk'

The wait for Schoolboy Q's CrasH Talkis nearly over. But before we receive the much-anticipated project, Schoolboy is gifting fans with the Boi-1da-produced track "CrasH."

The song serves as the third single off the TDE artist's fifth studio album, following "Numb Numb Juice" and "CHopstix" with Travis Scott. "CrasH" finds Q reflecting on his come-up and how the celebrity life is far from picture perfect.

"Too much time out livin' reckless/Now I got time up on my left wrist," he raps. "Lil' rappers ain't impressive/Your tax bracket ain't impressive/ You buy a chain, but won't buy no land/That hashtag should say, 'Desperate.'"

"CrasH" is available to purchase on iTunes and can be streamed via Apple Music and Spotify.

CrasH Talk is scheduled to drop this Friday, marking Q's first album release since 2016's Blank Face LP. CrasH Talk was originally set to arrive in late 2018, but Q decided to postpone the album following Mac Miller's death.

"I’ma go back, and I’ma figure out when I’ma put this fucking album out, because y’all are going to get this album," he said during a September 2018 performance. "I promise that. I’m just not ready to walk into the radio station and the first thing they ask me is, ‘So Mac Miller...’ I’m not ready to deal with those questions. So, right now, I’m not ready to put nothing."
