As most social media users know, The Shade Room's comment section is full of users shelling out jokes about almost anything the account posts. Sometimes, the celebrity subject makes an appearance to either explain themselves or silence a critic. On Monday, 21 Savage did the latter when he embodied his moniker by hitting one troll with a scathing clap back.

Despite his rap persona, 21 Savage's Instagram followers get treated to his affinity for other music genres, specifically '90s R&B. As a result, The Shade Room wanted to treat their audience to Savage's softer side by reposting a video of 21 singing 702's 1996 hit "Get It Together." True to the previously mentioned statement, one social media personality took this as an opportunity to take a shot at 21's appearance.

"He reminds me of a Simpsons character can't remember which one," Uldouz Wallace wrote under the post, who has over four million followers on IG.

While this got her some likes and laughs, what she didn't know is she aligned herself squarely in the middle of 21's crosshairs. After being made aware of the post and comment, Savage decided to respond to her assessment with a few evaluations of his own.

#TSRClapbackSeason: #21Savage stepped into #TheShadeRoom and read a commentator for filth 😩

"Aunty looking casket ready with all that surgery," Savage said alluding to the user's unnatural appearance. "Walking around looking like you drink embalming fluid."

After his retort, the tables quickly turned on the jokester. She was now the subject of the flames making her a living example of the phrase "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all."
