We're all familiar with the feeling of waking up at 3am in a cold sweat, torturing yourself over something you did or said years ago. Apparently none are more familiar with that feeling than London collective Y3EARS whose new single "Demons" taps straight into those horrors with lines like I've made some bad choices but I'm done regretting. Easier said than done, but advice like this has never been so palatable. Over delicate guitars we get a vocal delivery that's half sung, half rapped for a low-slung style that matches the painful self-reflection of the lyrics. What your left with is a track that's so relaxed and likable it's difficult not to get on board with the message.
