You know you've been in the rap game too long when your Madame Tussauds statue has beef. A 44-year-old man was ordered by a judge to undergo psychiatric evaluation after he allegedly beheaded Diddy's wax figure at the famous museum in Times Square.

According to a report from the New York Post, a Manhattan judge ordered Timothy Glover to be checked out by mental health professionals on Feb. 26. Glover is accused of destroying Diddy's wax likeness on Feb. 17

Prosecutors claim that Glover is on surveillance footage entering the Times Square museum. They say that he didn't have a ticket but he managed to get up to the ninth floor, where he began “spitting on and punching, then stomping a wax sculpture of famous rapper Sean Combs, a.k.a. P. Diddy.” Glover apparently shoved the figure, which caused its head to fall off and then stomped on the head before fleeing on foot.

At one point during his hearing Tuesday, Glover appeared to ask for a restraining order against the destroyed $300,000 figure (and possibly himself).

“I would like an order of protection in favor of both parties,” he said.

The figure has been on display at the museum since 2009 in the "A-List Party Room." There is no word from Tussauds on just how long the long-lived statue will be out of commission.

Diddy has yet to respond to the news of his double going down on social media.

Glover will be back in court on March 27.
