Casey Veggies & Rockie Fresh "Demeanor"

Before closing out 2018, Casey Veggies dropped off the video for "100 Times" with word that he had a gang of new material on the way. One of those was the long-awaited Fresh Veggies 2 project with Chitown's Rockie Fresh, which would be the follow-up to their 2013 mixtape. To help usher in 2019 properly, Casey and Rockie have some new heat for you.

The first glimpse from Fresh Veggies 2 is "Demeanor," a smooth cut produced Leken Taylor & Ashton Mccreight featuring none other than Currensy. Fresh off his own collaborative project, Fetti, Currensy is the perfect addition to Rockie and Casey's vibe. Over some lush, hypnotic trunk-thumping bass, the three provide some syrupy-thick drip about the ladies who's demeanor they are vibing with.

This is a reunion of sorts from Fresh Veggies; Leken produced the Ty Dolla $ign-featured "All That" from the first mixtape, and Casey says he and Rockie "thought it was dope to keep that original Fresh Veggies sound we created going." He also says that dropping this on New Year's Day was deliberate, as they wanted to "give people a taste of what's coming, this is celebration music for the new year."

We don't have a release date for Fresh Veggies 2 yet, but based on this cut, we're more than ready for this one. Stream "Demeanor" below.
