It's been a great weekend for Tunechi fans.

Just a day after he released three Tha Carter V bonus tracks, Lil Wayne took over the Saturday Night Live stage for the first time in eight years. And we have to say, his return didn't disappoint. The New Orleans rapper kicked off his musical guest duties with a performance of "Can't Be Broken," with Halsey.

You can check out the performance in the video above.

For his second appearance of the night, Wayne rocked Tha Carter V standout "Uproar" with Swizz Beats.

Wayne released Tha Carter V project in late September, following years and years of setbacks. The 23-track effort included cameos by Kendrick Lamar, Nicki Minaj, Snoop Dogg, XXXTentacion, and Travis Scott; the latter was the second hip-hop act to perform on SNL this fall, following season-opener Kanye West.

This week's episode of SNL was hosted by Ray Donovan star Liev Schreiber.
