A guy in Tennessee has come forward with claims that local police were called to his house after—for some fucking reason—a neighbor alerted them to his quoting of a classic JAY-Z line.

Spring Hill resident Davon Eddington said he was enjoying a beer and speaking with his brother on the phone earlier this month when he dropped in a line from JAY's Black Album classic "99 Problems." Per Eddington, the topic of their conversation was LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers. When his brother joked that he was simply a bandwagon Lakers fan now, according to Davon, he then said "I got 99 problems, but a bitch ain't one."

"I came home from work and I decided to go to my backyard to have a beer," Eddington toldTMZ of the incident. After the conversation in question, Eddington was understandably surprised to find police at his residence. "I end up walking around to the front of my house and I was met with the police with guns drawn," he said. "Another officer came around and said 'No, no, no this is not happening, we kinda heard the conversation and he's been on the phone the whole time' . . . He was like, you know, 'We apologize, it seems like you've been swatted.'"

A police report obtained by TMZ shows that the neighbor triggered a domestic violence call by claiming Eddington said "this bitch" instead of "a bitch." Eddington said his fiancée was upstairs taking a bath at the time. Furthermore, Eddington said, he's never met the neighbor but he appears to have a problem with him. Eddington cited his recent missing dog as an example, explaining that he later found the dog in the neighbor's yard. "Maybe he doesn't want me in the neighborhood," he said.
