Tokyo Jetz continues to make waves with the release of her Bonafide album.
The rising hip-hop star dropped the project Saturday night, just hours after she shared her "Baller Alert" record featuring Kash Doll. Though it's not Tokyo first full-length project, Bonafide is a solid introduction to the Florida native's skills, as she raps about everything from her come-up and sexual appetite to her independence and unapologetic attitude.
"I wanna give people substance. I wanna be remembered for giving a message, not just making a club turn up," Tokyo told XXL earlier this year. "I want people to say that I stand for something, that I helped or encouraged. I wanna change something, I don't wanna just make a hot record."
Bonafide is an 11-track project that includes features by T.I., Trey Songz, Trina, and more.
You can check out the album now on Apple Music/iTunes.
The Grand Hustle artist will also hit the road with Kevin Gates next week for the Luca Brasi 3 U.S. tour.
