Juelz Santana Allowed to Leave Mom's House to Live With Kimbella and Kids Again

A judge has modified Juelz Santana's conditions of house arrest, allowing him to leave his mother's home to reunite with Kimbella and his two children while he awaits sentencing.

Last month, Juelz Santanapled guilty to charges he faced of taking a loaded firearm to a New Jersey airport earlier this year.

Now, the Love & Hip Hop star is able to reunite with his baby mama Kimbella and his two children, according to a judge order obtained by The Blast. The judge is allowing Juelz to leave his mother’s house, modifying his conditions of release while he is out on bond.

Previously, the rapper was strictly confined to his mother’s home under house arrest. He’s not only allowed to live with his other family under “home detention,” but he can also travel outside of New Jersey for any touring or taping involving Love & Hip Hop New York.

While he waits for sentencing, Santana has been ordered to complete anger management and domestic violence counseling, and must call for approval before leaving the home to do anything. Fortunately, the judge is no longer requiring him to submit drug tests.

The 36-year-old rapper—legal name LaRon Louis James—pled guilty to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and carrying a weapon on an aircraft. This incident took place back in March, after authorities allegedly found a loaded handgun and oxycodone pills inside his carry-on.

The Dipset rapper fled the scene, but turned himself in three days later. He is currently out on $500,000 bond and was ordered to wear an ankle monitor. He could reportedly face up to 20 years in prison for the two charges, and Juelz sentencing is scheduled for December 12.
