London-born, Baltimore-raised, and LA-residing, Goldwash has a lot of layers to him and, as a multi-instrumentalist, the same can be said of his music. Ahead of its release tomorrow (Aug. 8), we're premiering "Rhythm Is Frozen", the latest single to emerge from the emerging artist. Written during a retreat in Ensenada, Mexico, he holed up for months in a room without wi-fi in an effort to quit the internet, the lyrics fittingly exploring the juxtaposing idea of wanting both connection and isolation. Fusing elements of jazz, soul, and electronica, if this song is anything to go by then his next project is going to be a treat.
