Eminem's surprise new album Kamikaze sees the 45-year-old rapper naming names, taking shots, and shouting out artists in equal measure.

Perhaps the most notable track on the album, which is also the most controversial due to its Tyler, the Creator line, is "Fall." Near the end of the Justin Vernon of Bon Iver-featuring track, Em raps, "I inspire the Hopsins, the Logics, the Coles, the K-Dots, the 5'9"s," and Hopsin, for one, is extremely happy to be mentioned by him.

Excitedly posting a video on his Instagram, Hopsin wanted to make it clear how great it feels to be acknowledged by Em. "Yo, craziest shit just fucking happened, Eminem just said my fucking name on his gotdamn song on his new album," he starts the video. He starts to play a section of the track, and then proceeds to yell directly into the camera. "What the fuck! I didn't even know he knew who the fuck I was, goddamn."

He starts running off quickly after, exclaiming, "Oh shit man, I gotta call my mom."

Not everyone is loving the song quite as much as Hopsin, though, which many listeners criticizing the line where Em raps, "Tyler creat nothin', I see why you called yourself a f****t, bitch/It's not just 'cause you lack attention/It's cause you worship D12's balls, you're sack-religious/If you're gonna critique me, you better at least be as good or better."

The line has understandably seen listeners call the song homophobic, with Justin Vernon himself explaining that he is not happy about the finished product. "Not a fan of the message, it's tired," he tweeted. "Asked them to change the track, wouldn't do it."

He followed up with another tweet, explaining, "Eminem is one of the best rappers of all time, there is no doubt. I have and will respect that. Tho, this is not the time to criticize the youth, it's the time to listen. To act. It is certainly not the time for slurs. Wish they would have listened when we asked them to change it."

He has since said, "I was wrong and we are gonna kill this track."

It remains unclear as to what that means, but he certainly isn't happy with what Em says on "Fall."
