Jeremih and Smokepurpp Connect on the Americanos' "Never Understand"

L.A. production trio the Americanos have returned with the Jeremih- and Smokepurpp-featuring banger "Never Understand," their first new track in almost a year.

It's been almost a year since we last heard from L.A. production trio the Americanos, but now they've followed up the DRAM- and Kyle-featuring "Everyday" with another star-studded banger. For their latest track, "Never Understand," they brought along Jeremih and Smokepurpp

Featuring both artists flexing over the bass-heavy production, "Never Understand" is the perfect comeback for the producer trio. All about celebrating excess, it's exactly the type of song that flaunts the talents of all those involved, as well as the success they've achieved.

In related news, SmokePurpp has teased over on his Instagram story that he and frequent collaborator Lil Pump will be dropping the video for their long-awaited collab "Nephew" next week. He also teased that he's been working with Blink-182'sTravis Barker on something, although he didn't indicate exactly what that is from the brief video he shared.

Jeremih, meanwhile, is currently working on his collaborative project with man of the moment Ty Dolla Sign. The two have already given fans a promising preview of the project with the video for "The Light," which is the first single from their album MihTy. Ty Dolla Sign is also working on a full-length collaboration with Teyana Taylor, too, so it's safe to say he'll be busy for the foreseeable future.
