Here's Where Childish Gambino's "Summertime Magic" Debuted on the Hot 100

The recently released 'Summer Pack' Childish Gambino song "Summertime Magic" debuted on the Hot 100, while the project's second track, "Feels Like Summer," did not.

Recently, Childish Gambino gifted fans with two tracks to match the warmer weather with Summer Pack, which featured "Summertime Magic" and "Feels Like Summer." The latter of the two songs failed to chart, but "Summertime Magic" has debuted at No. 44, while his No. 1 single "This Is America" still lingering in the Billboard Hot 100 at No. 40.

"Summertime Magic" serves as the first single off Gambino's much-anticipated fourth studio album. The effort will mark the multi-hyphenate's first full-length release since the 2016 award-winning Awaken, My Love!, and his first project under his RCA/Wolf + Rothstein deal. At this time, there isn't much information about the forthcoming album, which will reportedly be Gambino's last official effort under his hip-hop alias. Young Thug spoke about Gambino's purported swan song during an interview with Spotify earlier this year.

"He told him to come to the [studio]. He said he has a song for me for his last album," Thugger said. "I tweeted one time, I was like, 'I bet I be on Gambino's last album.' I'm on his last album, it's crazy. He's really not making music after this."
