Rick Ross has added a verse to the official remix of Khalid and Normani's "Love Lies." The track originally dropped back in February of 2018, on Valentine's Day to be exact. The song is featured on the soundtrack for the movie Love, Simon, which was released back in March.

Khalid and Normani also previously dropped the music video for the track. If you missed it, watch it below:

Khalid, while speaking to MTV back in 2017 about Normani and her cameo in his "Young, Dumb & Broke" music video, said, "Every time we’re around each other we always have so much fun. She’s such a cool girl, she’s so nice, and she’s such a sweetheart. I’m just thankful that she’s in the video because I’m pretty sure it’s not the first thing that we’re going to be in together." The singer continued, "I would love to collaborate. The chemistry is there."

And collab they did.

You can listen to the remix of "Love Lies" featuring Rick Ross via Apple Music and Spotify, or over on YouTube.

And if you want to catch Khalid IRL, you can see him at Music Midtown in Atlanta. The lineup for the two-day music festival will also include Kendrick Lamar, Post Malone, Gucci Mane, Janelle Monáe, Chromeo, and more.
