Having opened shows for the likes of the infamous Kanye West, Aruba-born, Dutch artist Pete Philly returns with "Dear", his third single after a seven-year hiatus from music due to an ongoing battle with Lyme disease. The song is a head-bumping, funk-leaning, soulful journey about love and the joy it brings. Speaking about the track, he told Complex UK: "'Dear' is the first song I've written for my love. When how to love and live was still a persistent question, she turned out to be the answer."
