Lily Allen Returns With Giggs For High-End Pop Cut "Trigger Bang"
A coming-of-age tell laid out in the down-to-earth storytelling style that made her such a hit in the first place.
It's been three years since Lily Allen's Sheezus, and almost one year since her cover of Rufus Wainwright's "Going To Town", but now she's back with a brand new pop banger in "Trigger Bang".
The new single sees Allen link up with the Hollowman himself, Giggs, for a track steeped in her immediately identifiable sound while still packing a thoroughly 2017 edge. The production has a glistening, high-end sheen, over which Allen does what she does best with a coming-of-age tell, laid out in the down-to-earth storytelling style that made her such a hit in the first place, while Giggs delivers his share of nimble wordplay and quotable bars.
