With the six-track Yn Y Tŷ EP on its way, Welsh producer DJJ is sharing the latest cut, "I Keep Trying To Convince Myself", exclusively via Complex. If you're aware of DJJ, your interest was probably piqued by the recent "Just A Lil". While "I Keep Trying..." will definitely appeal to fans of "Just A Lil", there's a much bigger, juicier funk to this one. Driven forward by a monumental kick drum and a dizzying, but epic, vocal sample, "I Keep Trying..." even manages to combine influences as disparate as Chicago house and soca into the dusty house format.
