Partynextdoor returns this evening with Colours 2 EP, his first project since 2016's P3 and the second installment of his Colours series, with the first coming back in 2014. Much like the initial set, Colours 2 include four songs, although this time around PND chose to go with no credited features.

G. Ry, a rising producer and OMO member, takes up billing alongside PND on Colours 2, where he showcases his own unique production style and chemistry with the 23-year-old Mississauga star. The project was executive produced by the two artists and worked on over the span of five days. Impressive, to say the least.

Previously, G. Ry contributed to the first installment of PNDColours ("Let's Get Married"), P2 ("SLS"), and P3 ("Problems & Selfless"). He's also branched out by working with Omarion ("Sweet Anita") and lacing Drake's More Life (“Nothings Into Somethings” and “Since Way Back”). Needless to say, this will be a moment for listeners to really experience what the producer has to offer.

If we were to highlight one track off the bat, we see "Low Battery" as being a potential heater this summer.

PND has kept busy this year on the feature tip, working alongside Major LazerZayn, and even putting his own spin on Bruno Mars' chart-topping single "That's What I Like." Adding Colours 2 to the equation will only build up more anticipation for his next album.

Shortly after the project's release, PND shared a new intro on his Soundcloud page. To check it out, go here.

PND will join Halsey on the first leg of her Hopeless Fountain Kingdom World Tour, which begins in late September. Tickets and more info are available here.
