Kim Kardashian is putting everything on hold to help Kanye West get better and get home following the rapper's recent hospitalization.

TMZ reports that the star is still still dealing with the aftermath of her Paris robbery and has been "an emotional wreck," but that she is being there for Kanye in this difficult time. Following Kanye being admitted to the hospital, Kim was spotted getting on a plane to rush home and has constantly been at Kanye's side at UCLA Medical Center where he is being treated. "She has been an unbelievably devoted spouse. He's a lucky man," said a TMZ source.

Meanwhile, Us Weekly shared a similar report that Kim "wouldn't leave his side except to see the kids," the magazine wrote. "She's been at the hospital all the time. Kim has been keeping a very close watch on him and not letting people disturb him. All kinds of people have called and sent flowers, but she's being very careful about not letting him get wound up and making sure he rests and recovers."

There have been reports that Kanye has been improving since being admitted to the hospital, but TMZ's sources claim that Kanye was "ranting people were trying to destroy their marriage" due to the paranoia.

It's been almost a week since Kanye was admitted to the hospital after some bizarre antics at his Saint Pablo Tour shows including rants aimed at Jay Z and Beyoncé. The remainder of the tour was later canceled.

Kim hopes to "take Kanye home as early as today," adds TMZ. We'll keep you updated with any news on Kanye's condition.
