UPDATED 8:15 a.m. ET: Chance the Rapper sent out a tweet early Tuesday morning thanking Anderson .Paak and Joey Bada$$ for filling in for him due to his hospitalization. Chance the Rapper will miss his performance at a New York City charity event Monday night after being hospitalized. The Chicago-born rapper was slated to perform at Manhattan's Terminal 5 for the Robin Hood organization, which raises money to fight poverty. In response to Chance's sudden hospitalization, Terminal 5 booked Anderson .Paak, Mark Ronson, and Joey Bada$$ to fill in, Billboard reported

Unfortunately, this isn't the first time Chance has fallen ill right before a major performance. Back in 2014 the rapper had to cancel his Coachella performance after he suddenly became too sick to perform.

The Robin Hood Foundation tweeted out an alert that Chance is no longer able to perform, also informing people of the acts that will replace him. Joey Bada$$ also posted a tweet showing his love and support for the Chicago rapper.
