Montreal duo Milk & Bone’s Little Mourning is far and away one of the best EPs of last year, bringing delicate melodies to massive electro-pop arrangements to great effect. Today, they’ve shared a brand new song, in collaboration with Toronto producer Deebs.
Milk & Bone’s signature harmonies are on point in “Poison,” with icy chimes and ethereal synth drones offsetting their sugar-sweet vocal interplay. Deebs is a master of futuristic sonic frontiers, and here, he works some vocal-stretching magic that inches the track toward chopped-not-slopped territory circa 2026.
