Migos member Offset will remain behind bars for a while longer as a Bulloch County Superior Court Judge has denied bond for the rapper for the third time since his arrest earlier this year. The Statesboro Herald reports that Offset appeared in court on October 9th but his bond request was formally denied yesterday by Judge John R. "Robbie" Turner. Offset was originally arrested on April 18th alongside Migos' two other members, Takeoff and Quavo, both of whom have since been released and continue recording and touring music.

Following an initial bail request, Offset was reportedly involved in a May 2nd confrontation behind bars that earned him new charges of riot in a penal institution and battery, charges witnesses claim are bogus and will be reviewed by the judge.

Offset is currently facing charges including marijuana possession, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, carrying a weapon in a school safety zone—a felony offense—, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and more. The rapper's original bond requests were filed in May and in June.
