Eminem's newest album, The Marshall Mathers LP 2, starts with the song "Bad Guy." The first half of the song is co-produced by M-Phazes and S1 (also known as Symbolyc One), while the second half was produced by Streetrunner. Meanwhile, Sarah Jaffe, who works with S1 in a group called The Dividends, contributed some writing to the song.

In the above video, the three contributors to the song talked about the process of coming up with the beat and how it ended up in Em's hands to make the final album. Apparently, the beat started with M-Phazes, who is from Australia, and then S1 added his touches to it. From there, he sent the beat to Jaffe, who wrote the song in her car, as she was in the process of moving. S1 then took the finished beat to an A&R at Interscope, who immediately loved it and sent it to Em for usage on the album.

The Marshall Mathers LP 2 will be coming out tomorrow.
