It kind of seems like Asher Roth made a quick rise to fame, capitalized on it, then laid back, grew his hair out, and just chilled for a while. He's still been consistently dropping music, but the dude has been pretty low key.
It was probably a good move too, because while flocks of other college rappers have stepped up to fill the void, he's had the chance to calculate his next move instead of getting stuck in what could be a passing trend. Or maybe it's just the label issues. Either way, here's the full version of "Last Man Standing", the Akon-assisted cut off Asher's currently untitled upcoming album.
