Officials say they're investigating "an offense of defacing public and private property" that occurred on Saturday afternoon, according to PoliticoThe artist, who allegedly wore a yellow shirt and blue hat, added the tag "Van" but no arrests have been made yet.

Last week during the first presidential debate, Hillary Clinton said that Trump "has a long record of engaging in racist behavior." During the debate, Trump was very supportive of stop-and-frisk, which Charlamagne Tha God described on The Breakfast Club as "just an excuse for police officers to harass African-American and Hispanic people." Trump also has many neo-Nazi and white supremacist supporters, including former KKK leader David Duke.

Trump's 263-room hotel had its soft opening in September in the 125-year-old Postmaster General's building on Pennsylvania Avenue, Politico reports. Rooms go from around $500 a night to nearly $10,000, according to Fox News. The grand opening is expected to take place in late October.
