Woman Who Sued Donald Trump for Allegedly Raping Her at Age 13 to Speak Out (UPDATE)

A woman as yet only identified as Jane Doe who sued Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump in August for alleged child rape is expected to speak publicly about her lawsuit today. In the lawsuit filed in late June, Jane Doe alleges that Trump sexually assaulted her at a party in New York City in 1994 when she was only 13 years old.

Attorney for Jane Doe, Lisa Bloom of the Bloom Firm in Woodland Hills, California, tweeted a statement on Wednesday afternoon, in which she said her client will speak about the allegations against Trump on Tuesday.

When it came time for the conference, Bloom announced the it would be rescheduled, only saying that Jane Doe had received threats and was scared to reveal herself publicly.

The lawsuit, filed June 29, is against Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein, a billionaire who has previous social ties to both Donald Trump and Bill Clinton. Epstein was convicted of soliciting a minor for sex in 2008, for which he served 13 months of an 18-month sentence.

The suit accuses trump of rape, sexual assault, forced touching, battery, false imprisonment, and defamation, among other crimes, all which allegedly took place in the summer of 1994 at parties Epstein hosted. The lawsuit alleges that Jane Doe attended four parties at Epstein's home where Trump was present, and it was at the fourth party that Trump allegedly tied Jane Doe to a bed and raped her.

Further, the suit claims that when Jane Doe tried to fight back, Trump hit her in the face and said he would "do whatever he wanted," a phrase similar to the one Trump used in the recently leaked 2005 video where he told Billy Bush "you can do anything. Whatever you want" to women if you are famous.
