A Florida man has been arrested for a second time for practicing unlicensed dentistry from his home.

Authorities apprehended Jose Santos Vicenty on Wednesday, ABC affiliate WFTV 9 reports. During the arrest, investigators were seen taking dozens of boxes from Vicenty’s house into evidence.

A man and woman just walked out of the home. Woman had a towel over her face. They both just got in the back of a JSO patrol car (they were not in handcuffs or being escorted) https://t.co/JXJsffQelY

Lots of cardboard boxes being taken out. I’m refraining from taking photos because we’re told a lot of undercover agents are working this.

I’ve reached out to JSO for more info. I was told by an officer at the scene that a statement will he sent out soon @ActionNewsJax https://t.co/fw49eeMmQm

“There were police cars up and down the road and undercover agents and so yeah, it was shocking,“ neighbor Douglas Mathis told WJAX-TV. “You never want to see a police presence in your neighborhood for something like this."

The 56-year-old has been charged before for practicing dentistry without a license. In 2009, he was found guilty for the crime and served two years in prison. In Vicenty’s 2009 arrest report, he said that he told clients he received his license at the University of Puerto Rico. He also alleged that he can do multiple procedures in addition to root canals.

The State Department of Health doesn’t have any records that prove Vicenty was a licensed dentist, nor does the state of Florida.
