House of Sunny, the brainchild of Sunny Williams, is celebrating its ten-year anniversary by debuting its highly-anticipated menswear offering for Spring/Summer 2022.

Founded in 2011 in East London, the label has become renowned for its use of playful motifs, which lend perfectly to the current vintage and Y2K trends. Thanks to TikTok and the rise of the ‘avant-basic’ aesthetic, the independent studio saw its popularity skyrocket, with the likes of Bella Hadid and Kendall Jenner rocking its signature wears.

The brand prides itself on producing small sustainable runs of collections in a bid to act against fast fashion. “We consider sustainability 24/7, a House of Sunny rep said in a recent Teen Vogue interview. We are committed to creating quality garments, which last and can be worn season after season.”

Entitled On The Road Again, the collection takes note from the unique patterns and colours found in its women’s offering. Pulling on Williams’ love of ‘90s fashion, the limited-capsule features everything from striking bomber jackets and graphic-heavy knitwear to tracksuits, fleeces, and a plethora of accessories.

“It’s our tenth year as an independent brand, which is so hard to do,” says Williams of the drop. “Last season we worked into a more inclusive size range and this season it was about catering to a broader range of people further. It just felt right.”

As per previous collections, sustainability and responsible sourcing play a huge role, with FSC-certified Livaeco fabrics dominating the collection. All pieces are made to order through a pre-order mechanic ensuring it eliminates waste.

The full House of Sunny ‘On The Road Again’ SS22 collection is available to pre-order now from the label’s online store.
