Cozy season might be your vibe all year round but that doesn’t mean you can’t switch things up every once in a while. For key life moments like a big job interview, a graphic tee and a pair of sweats just won’t cut it. But chances are the average guy doesn’t have a suit sitting in the back of his closet. Even if he does, it’s probably not something anyone with a stylish bone in their body would actually wear this century.

That’s where H&M’s ONE/SECOND/SUIT comes in. Geared towards guys on the job hunt who don’t have the means to buy a suit of their own, the 24-hour rental program provides them with quality options at absolutely no cost. Launched last month in the UK, the campaign is now being tested Stateside starting May 13. All you have to do is log on to H&M’s website to make a reservation and a two-piece suit—complete with a dress shirt, tie, and handkerchief—will be delivered to your door in a convenient garment bag. There’ll also be an option in select cities for in-store pickup. Once the items are in hand you then have 24 hours to wear them for your big day before sending everything back to be dry cleaned for future reservations.

At the heart of the program is the idea that clothes make the man. Designed to help young men entering the workforce be their best selves, H&M not only wants to provide them with the means to make a stylish first impression but also boost their confidence. Walking into an interview can be nerve racking, but when you look good you tend to feel good and that positive energy can go a long way. With ONE/SECOND/SUIT H&M is not only providing a groundbreaking service for its customers but also making an investment in the next generation.
