Ferragamo Reflects on Hollywood’s History in Pre-Fall 2023 Collection

The new collection from the long-running label sees recently appointed creative director Maximilian Davis looking to the history of Hollywood for inspiration.

For its newly unveiled Pre-Fall 2023 collection, Ferragamo is again taking inspiration from Hollywood, more specifically how its extended history is intertwined with the brand itself.

Maximilian Davis, who in March of this year was appointed to serve as the brand’s creative director, said in a statement accompanying the new collection’s lookbook and related imagery that part of the goal was to craft “a new Hollywood” for the long-running label.

“I want to create a new Hollywood for Ferragamo—and it’s about introducing new ways of dressing both for the red carpet and the everyday,” Davis said of these latest pieces, which are designed to build on the story first told in his Spring/Summer 2023 collection.

For a sampling of what to expect in this latest chapter of Ferragamo, which marks Davis’ second collection for the brand, see a selection of products-in-action shots below. As always, hit the brand’s official site for additional info.
